Another must-try! Gyokai Tonkotsu Ramen!
Everything you want being here, from pork belly slices, soft boiled eggs, bamboo shoots to seaweed and big in portion. The noodles were thick and chewy. Belly slices were tender, juicy and flavorful. This bowl the main event was gyokai. It added extra taste and punch to the ramen, making the broth had a complex fishy, rich and creamy flavor.
